OMG its beeen reaaly realllyyyyy long since i last updated eh? haha i decided i shld start, if not i never will again. haha. well something interesting: today i finally opened up all my angbaos since like CNY this year LOL. super lag la. and i rmbr saying that i will post some of the interesting angbaos on genehows tagboard when i open them so i guess this would somewad count as that ba? hahaha.

fun fact 1: some of the better looking ones this year was actually NTUC ones haha not too bad.

wee! cleared this year's ippt!

this time luckily i somehow jumped 225 haha and had enough pts for a shot at silver. sounds sad isnt it. haha. but its really good enough to just pass ippt cos nsmen tend to become more and more cui and failing is like = RT, which totally sux!

as for the 2.4 km, its really xiong sia. the first round alr made me tired and feel a little dicomfort alr! haha. luckily i managed to jian chi and finished with a decent timing. far from wad i could do in my nsf days, haha i guess i could dare to give it my all den but have reservations now. long distance running is not really useful in training for ippt 2.4 i feel. it may have helped, but i think to train for 2.4 speed training is req'd cos 2.4 u need to endure the pain and continue with speed, while long dist u can maintain a comfortable average speed w/o having to exert urself too much.

look wad i found in my duffel bag side pocket! lol. threeeee pliers? how can that be? im amazed. haha the only logical answer would be that it was placed in my bag during crescendo period and i didnt return it and it was left untouched in my bag? hahaha! how could that be sia. i thought i had checked through my side pockets a few times b4 but i dun rmbr this. wow!
