went for U-run organised by NTUC this morning at pasir ris downtown east. for the past few days i have not had many hours of rest and four consecutive days of exercise after a stagnant period of about two weeks made this qt a challenge. esp when i had only four to five hours rest the night before. hahaha. legs qt tired and also right ankle still in a little pain since weeks ago as well. luckily i managed to hang on and JIAN CHI all the way w/o stopping haha. not bad result in the end, self-timed timing of 47 minutes.
