went for U-run organised by NTUC this morning at pasir ris downtown east. for the past few days i have not had many hours of rest and four consecutive days of exercise after a stagnant period of about two weeks made this qt a challenge. esp when i had only four to five hours rest the night before. hahaha. legs qt tired and also right ankle still in a little pain since weeks ago as well. luckily i managed to hang on and JIAN CHI all the way w/o stopping haha. not bad result in the end, self-timed timing of 47 minutes. (:
this is the back of the running bib after the run!! wahaha sia la i was like looking and seeing many black marks on my singlet and thinking hey wats that! wow it was this. zz. so lame. WHY ah, hahahha isit that my sweat was toooo corrosive? im not too sure why, but this defeats the purpose of having to write ur identity and emergency information on the running bib when the info will be removed unknowingly accidentally. zzz.
had this crayfish pasta at Swensen's yday after table tennis in sch. hahaha. i haven tried this before and thus decided to try it rather than the fav black pepper seafood pasta. its truely "worth it" only during lunch with the one-for-one deal la hope they have this promotion FOREVER. lol. its very good and i have a changed opinion of Swensen's pasta now. i used to be less receptive of it perhaps due to the small portion relative to the price. but recently i have grown to like it more! 
and we spotted this deal, which somehow i haven seen it before even though on wednesday i was outside tampines mall swensens leh. haha, looks like a must try!!! but of cos must look at the small print cos some foods are not available wahaha i shld go next week man.
