i was pretty sure he said that mugging line in response to a comment which i made that sounded non sensical to him. well of cos thats wad i heard, and if he truely din say it then it COULD be a misunderstding. but, thats def wad i heard. cos we werent discussing about lateness at all. we were moving a bench and then i said something, he looked stunned and lost for words that bamm, the line came out of his mouth. who knows? no video evidence also.

only if he said that line, den it would qualify for me to say he wasnt right to say that. cos mugging is his forte. so if i had misheard that sentence, then the "right" will be NA bah. his reasoning was qt illogical there.

the jump here jump there would refer to his actions, like jumping over the "what-u-call-that-barrier-thingy" and passing the ball with damn weird projections which i already mentioned that it was irritating. of cos he apologised, and i also did pass poorly esp that sunday LOL but its just the overall feel. like missing the ball, den meng hit it and try to bounce it off the floor but getting played around by the ball instead. it just looks childish from my view thats all. there are many actions that he displays that are childish, many would agree. i see no point in discussing this point. what im trying to say is that he could possibly calm down a bit and be more composed, which will also help his gameplay, no doubt. the 滑稽actions i see are qt distracting and altho funny, in the long run it can be rather irritating. it may not be childish in truth, but it certainly LOOKS so.

indeed i cannot stop anyone from being subjective and of cos penning down his personal point of view in his personal blog. agreed. wholeheartedly. well, however, i felt i was obliged to respond to his indirect "plea" of PH. i felt it was rather disrespectful of him to say such things about me on his blog, esp THRASHED. hmmm... but well if he insists that what he said was just a result of being subjective, i cant say much eh.

and it is precisely that fact that it is a short account that it should be a truthful and telling one, or else ppl will be misled. of cos, unless it is the bloggers intention to provide an inaccurate view. if it is his desire, than that will be the questionable aspect. why would he do so? giving an inaccurate account just becos its his blog? is he entitle to do so?

anw, im tired of this crap. its not my wish to start a cyber war. the onlookers are looking eagerly and deriving entertainment (pathetically) from this shit. instead of trying to be intellectual, this is wat i have to say..

i just hope u can touch your heart and as i said, 对得起自己最重要.

Blog Entry Review

A friend of mine had a blog entry on his blog recently and i feel obliged to respond here.

This is what he said:

In response, I would first like to say that it I concede he fully deserved the two victories (among the hundreds of loses) and in the two games, he probably did exceedingly well, compared to his other performances in these months that is. He devised this new (for him) and cunning serve which he executed well in these two games. Strong side spin on it. Even though I thought i knew how to counter many types of spins, that spin was difficult to handle and I had a problem returning the serve well enough to put myself in advantage. till now, i still dun have a good solution to respond to the serve. Rarely being in the backseat, I was unsettled for some time.

okay back to the review. i wasnt surprised to see this entry cos knowing him, he loves to win. and will definitely blog abt such things. Reading it was seriously cool to beat gum in 2 consecutive games, i felt it was expected. however, the words "ulti-fast and swift smashes" were a bit hard to swallow. firstly, praise should be showered on u by ppl who recognise your strengths, not by written by youreself to heap praise onto yourself! He did manage to smash for a number of times and they were great hits. but i dun think it was those smashes that really won the game for him. those earned him points but more importantly my inability to deal with his serves was probably the crucial turning point. in addition, i believe there were many unforced errors on my part, particularly when i had a bad spell during which i did not manage to get the ball over the net for many many times. =((

Moving on to the momentum was right, yes. indeed. being shaken, i lost a bit of form and he gained the upper hand in terms of morale and form. furthermore, his childish actions like jumping here and there and passing the ball poorly was always going to make me more demoralised, it always does. lol. dun understd la!

demoralised face? oh gosh i din get to see that part. i was pretty down, but i dun think he had to say that? haha perhaps it was really bad. from my memory, i was putting on a silly smile throughout when i laughed at my inability to get the ball across the net or something liddat. demoralised? hmm. i dunno how much of that i showed. i was quieter? how to meng talk when u are losing sia. haha cannot make it trying all means to calm down and get hold of myself and remain calm, maybe thats why look "stern" or "serious".

and last but definitely not least: THRASHING? oh man. this is the part where i cannot accept the most. i would most definitely concede that he deserved both victories. and that his serves were great, some smashes and change of direction was well done! but thrashing? hmmm. i dun think he thrashed me bah?? one game i lost from a deuce, so probably about 15-13 or 14-12? the other one wasnt that bad ba? i would have gotten about 6 at least? cant rmbr, but thrashing is too much of a stab on me to take.

This blog entry had taken off much of his credit for winning me. i dun see why he should use those words that gives an inaccurate account of the whole incident. it was more of a personal attack by saying that he was happy to see my demoralised face la!

nonetheless, i still honestly and sincerely congratulate him for winning and learning how to smash better.

(just a side note to him reading this entry: i really din like the line u said when we were at the court. mug too much until cannot think? or something along that line. firstly, i wasnt mugging that much. and secondly if u urself mug, i dun think u have the right to say such things.)
