finally finished hai pai this evening. lol. these few days spending the nights watching this drama OOPS SHLD BE DOING HW/MUGGING INSTEAD. but watever. started this some time ago but din really get hooked, until i decided it was time to chiong finish it b4 it gets distracting possibly later on in the sem.

i would say that i watched becos many ppl were watching, and heard not too bad reviews of it. the starting few episodes were great. cute, funny, entertaining. however, as the eps go on, esp "three years later" it started to get boring and draggy.

many parts were also, i felt, not well-elaborated to the audience. although there were indeed touching scenes, it was short-lived as after the moment the feeling is gone. probably cos it lacked, wat-u-call shen du. its just plain crying for eg.

my fav part of the series is really the first few eps. and the ultimate fav part is when da lang dances. the stupid face and actions are just plain dumb but damn funnny! hahhahaha.



there was also an ep when he keep on farting that i laughed the loudest and longest. its simply, stupid. lol.

overall, i felt that the plot lacked depth and the storyline could be better. if the two leads were not as hong, then probably this would have been a qt a failure.

haha thursday wq mk and zw were playing chinese chess in sch during break =X hahaha and i also thought of this 军棋 that i played last time round at tea chapter. playing chess is soooo secondary sch la! even tho i din really play much in sec sch. maybe mostly in pri sch was rather enthu abt chi chess =D

was on the bus yday and spotted this uncle, a loner, sleeping sadly in one corner on the bus. and 猛露 the ezlink card and his legs LOLLL.

Safari Zoo Run 2010

went to the mandai zoo for the Safari Zoo Run 2010 this afternoon. it was a looong journey to amk and took bus there. the run itself wasnt too atttractive actually. much worse than expected becos i had prev thought that it was the zoo and should feel lively and fun! in the end its qt dull. the animals were mostly hiding i guess. since it was qt scary to see thousands of ppl running past lol. and the weather did not help. altho it was much better than the scorching sun in the early afternoon, it was v humid on top of the slight smell and original humdity normally present in the zoo. so overall the course of the run was qt sian, the only thing to see are ppl LOL.

there were qt a large number of participants and some are just there to have fun, some stop to take photos alr at the first like 500m LOL. some are families with children. they are just so cute! haha most children are. but i feel 6.2 km is too much for them so i guess a jog then walking was a good option for most ppl belonging to this case.

it was qt relaxed a run as we kind of stayed tgt. if i were alone i would have "chionged" and be more tired bah.
after the run there were like freebies given away and gosh, too many le bah! free goodie bag which is v nice! but its a bit too niang and handbag-like so i cant really find a way to carry it. probably benefit the ladies in my family. hahaha. den there were free packet drink free ice cream free fruit bar. and free yogurt which we just missed. haha. and there was a lucky draw which was conducted at the end so most ppl, i guess, stayed back...

i still dun really get the point of this run actually haha cos we dunno exactly where to proceeds go to. and its v ex. 38 bucks! maybe its just becos its at the zoo. some $$ will go to helping endangered species, somehow as the emcee mentioned. dunno how it will be the case though.

at the end of the day, with the sad face trend, we couldnt resist a sad shot. haha i still lose to eljx anyhow. he has the sadest face la omg. BORN TO BE SAD. SAD LIFE. lolllllllllllllllllll.

the bad thing about the run today is the inaccessibility of the zoo. gosh! the buses came at a low frequency!! they should have made arrangements for the buses to come at a slightly higher frequency knowing such a big scale event was occuring! in the end of the day, the run started at abt 4 plus, and we were still in the zoo @ 720. did not get onto 3 buses to amk and 1 fully packed bus to cck. den had dinner at lot 1 before rotting my way back to home. haha.

im just a little disappointed that it wasnt as fun as i believed so, plus a missed seeing the zebras la ARGH. when both eljx and genehow saw. shucks.

as previously mentioned, i wanted to buy the cat who is scared of mice but is dressed as one in this case. haha. few weeks back i got it alr, but got nowhr to hang it like on my bag cos it is not very compatible.
